I went out yesterday with some friends to find some new locations in Richmond for photo shoots. We came across the Pump Station near Byrd park. It's old and empty and has a lot of character with gorgeous architecture, nature trails, bridges, rail road tracks and canals. I can't wait to shoot some portrait sessions there!
There was a lot of trash around but we agreed that this one was the best by far - an old 1950s wire mattress that is decomposing into the ground.
